Clinic Policies
- We require an active credit card on file to book sessions. You will not be charged for a free 15-minute consultation.
- Cancellations require a 24-hour notice. Unless rescheduled, clients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged 100% of the session fee to the card on file. It is understandable that circumstances may occur that are out of your control. Exceptions may be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
- If you are feeling unwell, please let your therapist know as soon as possible and try to reschedule your session. Intentional verbal or physical threats or acts of violence/harassment will not be tolerated.
If you need immediate assistance, please:
- Call 911 for emergency services (police, ambulance, fire)
- Call your local 24-hr Distress Centre, or
- Go to the nearest emergency department

My name is Elaine and I am a Counselling Therapist and Certified Music Therapist.
In this safe, non-judgemental, and sometimes fun, space, I am here to listen. I am also here to provide you with opportunities to maximize your potential for change and growth. My therapeutic approach is music-centred and humanistic, drawing from various therapy approaches that might best fit your needs. In a music therapy session, we may talk, sing, improvise, write and listen to music. I will support you to make your experience a fulfilling one. No previous musical training or experience necessary. I look forward to meeting with you.
